This thing is great! It helps to make your belly feel comfortable and even smaller. It works very well at hiding my tummy fat. And it’s not too tight feeling.My wife had a partial hysterectomy this past Summer and has been looking for waist garments that provide support to her midsection while she heals (doctor says it will take up to a year).We tried elastic bands and standard waist trainers of various thicknesses - so she has a variety of things to work with.
