Sucked in my 5 month post partum pooch and covered my behind too I felt very comfortable I got a XL 5’2” 175 lbs bottom heavyFits well. Perfect height on me to keep the gut tucked in without squeezing!This isn’t really very high waisted on me. Maybe it’s just because I’m tall (6’), but I wanted something that went a bit higher on my waist. Otherwise, it’s comfortable and true to size.Fits well!!My best friend has always wanted to wear a bikini, but never has because she dint want to show her tummy and hip pouches. This tucks it in and looks great. She finally gets to wear a bikini and is so confident and beautiful!These are a little big on me, and the waist is higher (on me) than it appears in the pic but they are comfortable. I think going down a size would make them too tight in the waistband.So a little ego blow ordering a size up after all these freaking beet smoothies but I absolutely love this bottom! Brings my muffins back home to the bakery and keeps that lower belly floppy section a secret for me and my persons. All in all it’s: Simple, sleek, controlled but not painful. 100% would get 9 more for when the pool side concrete finally fuzzies up my bottom.It's hard to describe these. You know how bottoms have an elastic band to hold them up? These don't. They do, however, have a thick heavy seam in the back that hits right at the top of my butt crack. It's inside the bottoms but it's very visible from the outside.
